60 days before your scheduled arrival, 100% of your deposit.
Less than 60 days before your scheduled arrival, 50% of your deposit will be returned to you. If I am able to re-rent your scheduled time, 100% of your deposit will be returned less a $75 processing fee.
30 days or less before your scheduled arrival, your rent, less a $75 processing fee, will be returned to you only if I am able to re-rent the time to another party.
